Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition.
Order Processing & Shipping Charges
To keep things simple and transparent for you, our shipping charges are based on your total order value.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Delivery Time Estimates
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please refer to the table below for estimated timelines.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen courier issues. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to track the live status of your package on the respective courier partner's website.
Delivery Limitations

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Deliveries to remote locations or areas with limited courier service may experience extended delivery times.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN Code and a valid contact number. IKKATHAV is not liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Damages or Issues During Transit
We take the utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, issues can occasionally arise during transit.

Do not accept the package if it appears to be damaged, torn, or opened at the time of delivery.

If you discover damage after opening the package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process any claims for damaged or missing items, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the unopened package and the product inside. Without this video, we may not be able to process a claim.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
