Refund policy
At IKKATHAV, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our handloom Products and sarees. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Exchange & Return Policy
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of the delivery date. Beyond this period, we will unfortunately cannot accept any return or exchange requests.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

It must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Invoice).
IKKATHAV reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item does not meet these guidelines upon inspection.
Return Process:

Initiate a return request by contacting us at support@ikkathav.com or +91 9704609825.

We will arrange for a return pick-up from your original delivery address. The courier partner usually picks up the package within 72 hours of the request approval.

Please allow 5-7 working days for the product to reach our processing center in Hyderabad.

Once received, the product will undergo a quality check. Returns/Exchanges are processed only after this inspection is complete.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by IKKATHAV:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified regarding the quality of the product. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your original payment mode.
Cancellation by User:

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund the entire amount.

After Shipment: We are unable to accept cancellation requests once the order has been dispatched. If the delivery is attempted, you may deny acceptance of the package.

Refund for Cancellations: For prepaid orders that are cancelled or refused at delivery, the refund will be processed once the product is received back at our warehouse.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
1. Prepaid Orders:
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 working days. Please note that the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your specific bank’s processing times.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds for COD orders will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI. You will be asked to provide your bank account details or UPI ID via email/WhatsApp to process the refund. It typically takes 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account after we receive your details.
Non-Refundable Items:

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Customized or altered items cannot be returned or refunded.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
Important: To ensure fairness for all parties, an Unboxing Video is mandatory for any claims regarding:

Damaged products.

Missing items.
-
Wrong product received.
Please ensure you record a video while opening the package for the first time. If the package looks damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. Any claim without an unboxing video will not be entertained. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company/bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Delivery Disclaimer
IKKATHAV endeavors to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, delays caused by factors such as courier partner issues, strikes, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from such delays.
